1. Identify why both of you fell in love in the first place.
During these challenging times, it’s easy to simply lose sight of why you fell in love with one another.
Get back to basics and put yourself into the mindset of when you were first together, and originally in love.
Think about what made you both fall for each other.
Maybe even write it down.
Analyze what you admired about he or she and what made you want to be with them.
Though you may have lost sight of this, thinking back to when times were good and you had just fallen in love will really help to lift your spirits.
Jot down their best qualities.
You may realize that your spouse’s best qualities are still there, but you’ve had a hard time connecting with them recently.
