We found that by understanding our mindset, that we can change these situations and one step was through journaling.

Journaling helps us to understand different patterns that come when we experience different situations.

We experience different emotions based on the situation.

When we are sad, upset or lonely, journaling can help us to understand why we react the way that we do.

Our emotions are very powerful, and they influence the actions that we make.

It is important that we understand and be aware of our emotional reactions that come with the thoughts that we have, especially during trying times.
