How can you know when someone is basing their situation on their perception of fantasy?
Everyone is different when it comes to their perception of fantasy and some people only resort to this negative mindset when they are extremely stressed or anxious about something.
This might only happen a few times a year when they are not able to deal with their stress in a positive manner.
Sometimes though, people use this type of negative mindset on a regular basis.
Below are some tips to help you figure out if you are living your life with this negative mindset:
People are allowed to be angry and allowed to be upset, that is normal emotions.
What is not normal is when a person experiences extreme negative emotion just by having a conversation with their partner or spouse.
It is not a real situation for someone to say something that will cause you to have all kinds of negative emotions at one time.
So when this happens, you need to ask yourself if something else is actually bothering you.
