When you realize that all of a sudden you are overtaken by extreme negative emotions that you recognize this, and you feel that this type of emotion is perfect for the situation that you are experiencing…
…you could be living in your perception of fantasy.
If you are having a new argument, you should not feel emotions that fit the situation.
Being used to these negative emotions proves that you are using your negative emotions to heat up the argument from a past situation and not from the now.
Make sure to understand and to note all of your past emotions.
Even though you are allowed to feel these emotions, do not let them come from your past experiences on someone that had nothing to do with the past situation.
